In 2018 I made some LED wall art with 1600 RGB pixels and a Pixlite controller. Everything was custom made — and way over engineered – using T-slot aluminum channels, 3D printed brackets/holders, laser-cut acrylic sheets, and tons of wires. The design & construction took me 8 months, and I learned a lot in the process!

This thing draws 80 amps at 5V (!). If I was to build something like this again, I will definitely use higher-voltage LEDs & will use much less aluminum.
